Pineapple on charcoal

My favourite way of eating pineapple is to grill pineapple skewers on charcoal other than dice it the ordinary way.

This is the best way to enhance the taste and texture, flavour and sweetness of the summerlicious pineapple.

除了以最常見的切粒粒食法之外,我認為更可口美味的就是自製菠蘿串,然後再於炭火上燒。

這樣的做法可以更加提高菠蘿的口感和甜味,而且還更添夏日風味。
