10 minutes quick crispy crust pizza

| 10 minutes quick crispy crust pizza |

You don’t need a wooden oven to make your own crispy crust pizza, it’s actually way easier than you would ever expected; and the good news is you don’t even have to make your own dough!

What you need:
– 1 piece of Lebanese pita
– mozzarella cheese (as much as you like)
– 3 cherry tomatoes
– pinch of salt
– some dried parsley or fresh basil
– 1 tbsp tomato and basil pasta sauce

What you do:
1. Spread pasta sauce evenly on the pita
2. Shred or cut mozzarella cheese into pieces and place evenly on top of the pasta sauce
3. Slice cherry tomatoes and distribute evenly on top of the cheese
4. Sprinkle some dried parsley or fresh basil on top and bake in oven at 400F for about 8 minutes or until cheese are melted and crust turning brown
5. Sprinkle some salt and ready to serve!

p.s. I only used the toaster oven to make this, and you may have to slightly adjust the temperature to a little lower and shortening the baking time if you are using the big oven. Cooking time is all depended on the oven you have, but rule of thumb is to check on melted cheese and browned crust!

And of course you can add any topics you like! Just keep in mind to only thinly spread the pasta sauce for the best crispy result!
