An alternative to chicken stock

Using highly concentrated organic chicken base, you can add any amount of water as you wish to dilute, it actually allows you to have more control over the flavour when you braise or slow cook the meat using Asian methods.

I bought this at Costco at about $8.49 and it said you can use as much as 76 of 8oz serving! It may seem to be something similar to chicken powder, but this would actually give us you stronger flavour when you mix this paste like texture base in with the meat before it releases any moisture.

And most importantly this is an organic option.

Just simply take a spoon of it and add water to make a chicken stock, or simply just add a spoon of chicken base to your meat for flavouring.

The brand also comes with Vegetable stock as well.

利用膏狀有機雞精華來燜煮任何肉類,味道都會比起利用液體雞湯更容易調教。

購自Costco 的有機雞精華只是大約$8.49,聲稱加水後有大約76個8oz份量。其實雞精華跟雞粉非常相似,不過對於在爆香肉類然後在慢煮出肉汁前加入一茶匙的膏狀精華,快炒後再加入米酒然後水再去燜煮就更容易煮出香味。

還有這是有機雞湯以外的有機之選。

除了可以用來爆香肉類燜煮之外,還可以加入水來做雞湯!

這個應該也會是不錯的港人最愛之Costco伴手禮。
