Oven-made home honey garlic wings

This is an Asian style/pub influenced wings that almost everyone likes! The most amazing thing about this recipe is you don’t need a deep frying, or an airfryer, and all you need is just a toaster oven and a pan!

The only thing is you may need to use at least 2 tbsp of oil, and that’s honestly a very small amount to be used compare to when you need to deep frying. Choose healthy oil that has a higher smoke point like avocado oil or sesame oil, or even melted butter for a more intensive flavour!

what you need:
– 8-10 wings
– 2 tbsp of oil
– 1 tsp salt
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp light soy sauce

what you do:
1. marinate wings with 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of salt for about 1 hour
2. bake wings on a rack in oven at 400F for about 40-45mins (time depends on your oven, but be sure the wings are well cooked)
3. chop and mince garlic and pan fry at medium heat with 1 tbsp of oil until golden brown and crisp
4. add crisped garlic, honey and light soy sauce in a mixing bowl, add cooked wings in and mix

p.s. make sure to bake the wings on a rack in the oven for crispier result, avoid baking in a baking pan or a sheet of foil. Take the same method and replace a different sauce to make sriracha or mustard wings!

|自家焗製香蒜蜜糖雞翼|

一個簡單健康的派對雞翼做法,無需油炸而且亦不用購買任何氣炸鍋等,只需要一個簡單的多士焗爐和煎鍋就可以做得到!

雖然無需油炸,不過還需要使用大約2湯匙油,最好就是使用健康而且可以耐受高溫的牛油果油或者芝麻油,又或者牛油就會有更香的味道!

材料:
-8-10隻雞翼
-2湯匙油
-1茶匙鹽
-3粒蒜
-1湯匙蜜糖
-1茶匙低鹽醬油

做法:
1.先將雞翼利用1湯匙油和1茶匙鹽醃大約1小時
2.將雞翼放入大約400度焗爐中焗大約40-45分鐘(時間視乎個別焗爐,不過一定要確定雞翼熟透)
3.將蒜切成蓉然後利用1湯匙油於中火煎香成金黃色
4.將香蒜、蜜糖和低鹽醬油混於一個調味盆中,然後放入熟透雞翼一起拌勻

p.s. 如果想雞翼焗得香脆一定要放在焗爐架上,避免使用錫紙或者烤盤上焗,因為要有足夠的透氣度才能夠將外皮水分收乾。另外可以利用這一個焗雞翼的做法來配上不同的醬料如是拉差或者芥末啊!
